This place was horrible! I made sure to schedule an appointment online a month ahead of time, and I got a confirmation email. After that, I tried texting them to make sure that they took cards, and they never got back after me repeatedly texting. I then emailed them, but they never got back. I went in a couple minutes before my appointment, and they said they don't do online appointments anymore! What a waste of gas! They couldn't even fit me in that week, nor would the dye my hair the color I wanted. Severely disappointed.
I loved the end result, the cost is reasonable, I can always get in quickly...even same day. The salon is reasonably clean and well kept. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 today though was my stylist was a bit rough on my head and hair, and multiple staff members were b#tching about other bad clients they've had, totally in earshot of the current clients. I like to have my appointments be relaxing like a spa session, not a high school hallway. I'll most likely keep going back, but they could certainly work on making it more enjoyable.
Made a 9:30 appointment online at 7am. Arrived at 9:22…NOBODY greeted me. Finally after sitting for a while I asked the lady (who was running around showing pictures off her phone to everyone) if I needed to sign in or tell someone I was there for an appointment. She asked what my appointment was for-I said nails, I made it online. She said well that would be me and we don’t take appointments online. I told her that I was able to make an appointment online and even received a confirmation email. She then proceeded to tell me that she has told the lady several times that she needed to take that website capability down and that she doesn’t have availability for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially because no one acknowledged me upon entrance or as I sat waiting. 4 people looked at me and ignored me.
