This was an incredible gift. Jamie was extremely professional and flexible with scheduling, as well as providing information on available services. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning. The moment you step in, the mood is set. They thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the services provided and were so relaxed they almost dozed off. Royal Grand is the ultimate destination for relaxation and pampering. The atmosphere is top-notch, offering a wide range of services from nail treatments to facials and waxing. I recently had a microdermabrasion facial and let me tell you, it was transformative! My skin felt like new, with every blackhead banished and dead skin sloughed off. I left feeling like my face was breathing fresh oxygen. This place was horrible! I made sure to schedule an appointment online a month ahead of time, and I got a confirmation email. After that, I tried texting them to make sure that they took cards, and they never got back after me repeatedly texting. I then emailed them, but they never got back. I went in a couple minutes before my appointment, and they said they don't do online appointments anymore! What a waste of gas! They couldn't even fit me in that week, nor would the dye my hair the color I wanted.
