This place was horrible! I made sure to schedule an appointment online a month ahead of time, and I got a confirmation email. After that, I tried texting them to make sure that they took cards, and they never got back after me repeatedly texting. I then emailed them, but they never got back. I went in a couple minutes before my appointment, and they said they don't do online appointments anymore! What a waste of gas! They couldn't even fit me in that week, nor would the dye my hair the color I wanted. Royal Grand is the ultimate destination for relaxation and pampering. The atmosphere is top-notch, offering a wide range of services from nail treatments to facials and waxing. I recently had a microdermabrasion facial and let me tell you, it was transformative! My skin felt like new, with every blackhead banished and dead skin sloughed off. I left feeling like my face was breathing fresh oxygen.
