I was a bit apprehensive about getting my brows done, concerned about the end result, after seeing outcomes from other places. Then, upon witnessing firsthand the amazing work on some of my colleagues and browsing through their portfolio, I chose Alex at Hadley Brows. Alex made my brows appear so natural. They are professional, and the salon is immaculate. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Enjoy this spot. Been there myself for a massage. Sent my mom there for various services and wife with a gift card. Recently took my 14/12/9 year old daughters there for manicures. The three ladies who did them treated them like royalty. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Arrived with a gift card I got for my birthday, and they yelled at me claiming it was expired (dated 10/2018, valid for 5 years in MI). They refused to honor it, displaying rudeness and lack of professionalism. It's appalling for a business to mistreat a customer in front of others. I was there to treat my granddaughter to a pedicure for her 10th birthday, and they made us feel awful. Shame on you, Angel Nails!About

This Sally's is top-notch! The folks here are genuinely friendly and not pretentious. I've encountered some haughty staff at the Midland and Mount Pleasant branches, giving off strange vibes. It's a hair supply store, so why the attitude? But here, it's all positive vibes!
