This Sally's is top-notch! The folks here are genuinely friendly and not pretentious. I've encountered some haughty staff at the Midland and Mount Pleasant branches, giving off strange vibes. It's a hair supply store, so why the attitude? But here, it's all positive vibes! Kudos for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
I didn't catch their name, but the stylish young person with awesome hair went above and beyond to assist me today! They guided me through the hair dye selection process, explained the products, and even suggested a color sealer that left my hair feeling fantastic. I'm a regular here and have never had such a wonderful experience. I hope to see them again on my next visit.
Kai and Taylor are exceptional! I appreciate their vast knowledge and helpfulness. I've been to numerous locations, and none have been as friendly and willing to assist as this one! Thank you, both, for your outstanding service!
