Every visit to Lamb and Co has been a fantastic experience. The pricing is fair, the salon is clean, and the staff is welcoming. Appointments are always punctual!
Had a wonderful experience at the salon until my last visit. With a hectic schedule like everyone else, I arrived for my appointment and ended up waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Riley did not inform me of the delay nor did she offer an apology, just brushed it off with a casual "that's how it goes with hair." What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it won't be honored? Would I receive the same treatment if I were 30 minutes late without notice? Certainly not. To top it off, Riley had an attitude throughout the session and didn't even provide a discount for the inconvenience. Despite my efforts to keep things light, she was the sole stylist on duty that day. I simply requested a basic cut, but she argued against my preferences and still didn't execute the style I asked for! I'd rather seek out a different stylist than deal with this lack of communication and moodiness. It's frustrating not being able to express concerns to someone in such a negative mindset. I don't want to argue; I just expect the service I paid for without resistance. I'm still upset because my hair is now uneven! It seems like good customer service is a rarity these days. Remember, without satisfied customers, your job wouldn't exist. Strive to do better!
