I have given this establishment multiple opportunities (and interacted with 3 different stylists over the past 2 years). Despite my desire to make this salon my go-to due to its convenient location, I am inclined to seek services elsewhere. The last haircut I received here was so poorly executed that, fortunately, my initial hair length allowed for correction. However, a significant amount of hair was unintentionally removed. The highlights were also subpar, leading me to conclude that I must cease patronizing this salon. While convenient in location, it does not cater to my hair needs.
First and foremost, I must express my appreciation for two wonderful individuals at this establishment – one for hair and the other for nails. Hali is, by far, the most exceptional hairdresser I have encountered. Given my very curly hair, finding someone skilled in layering curls is a challenge. She has consistently delivered outstanding results in the year I have been under her care. I also underwent the Brazilian Blowout treatment. Though costly, it has proven to be worth every cent. My hair is now significantly softer and smoother compared to its initial dry, frizzy state. Elaine tends to my nails with remarkable skill. She possesses an innate understanding of my preferences, even when I struggle to articulate them. Moreover, the pricing is quite reasonable. Despite having to reschedule appointments with both individuals on occasion, they have always been incredibly accommodating. I have, and will continue to, recommend their services. Thank you, ladies, for your exceptional care!
