Eager to experience a prenatal massage at this establishment, I was left utterly disappointed. My session with Lisa turned out to be the worst prenatal massage I've ever had. Despite requesting a bit of pressure, she claimed that due to pregnancy, she couldn't apply any pressure and it would be more of a light rub. While I understand the caution with deep tissue massages for expectant mothers, all my previous prenatal massages still included some pressure. She merely skimmed her hand over my body. When I mentioned my lingering lower back discomfort at the end, she dismissed it as normal. No, it's not normal. I have never left a prenatal massage feeling more tense, with my back still aching after an hour of what felt like a lackluster "massage." It seemed like sheer laziness.
