Outstanding service here! The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring your nails are done exactly as you want. I initially came in for a full set but ended up treating myself to a pedicure as well, and it was definitely worth it. Despite living an hour away, I will definitely return. Thank you, Jenna Nails, for a wonderful experience!
Top-notch service! I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the tranquil atmosphere. I received a spa manicure with hot wax treatment, along with a neck and arm massage, all done exactly as I requested. To top it off, I also had an eyebrow waxing. I will certainly return and request Kim for my next visit.
Avoid this place. My nails were in bad shape and the technician forcefully removed my dip nails without using any acetone, causing me a lot of pain. I accidentally kicked her under the table because of the discomfort. My nails were sore for the entire day and the next one. She didn't use any tools, just her nails to push back my cuticles.
