I've been a patron here for 8 years. I've received trims from different individuals on staff, and each time, I've been pleased with the results. I have fine, curly hair. I had an amazing experience getting my hair styled by Alex! The staff at the salon were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I also picked up some hair products that I needed. In my opinion, this individual seems to have some mental health issues. He lacks an understanding of the fundamental freedoms in this nation. Charging excessively for what is essentially a basic haircut and displaying tendencies towards violence. He enjoys provoking situations and then playing the victim.
