Exceptional customer service with exceptional hair artists. We are always offered a cup of coffee or tea whenever my partner and I step in. They promptly attend to us at our scheduled time and leave our hair looking fabulous. The proprietor of the parlor is extremely courteous and makes us feel welcome every visit. Words cannot express how much I adore this place. Just come by and witness it yourself!
I have frequented this parlor for over 2 years for nail care. Several Ukrainian-speaking ladies with 20-30 years of experience are employed here, providing top-notch manicures and pedicures at very reasonable prices. I particularly appreciate Anya and Nina, very pleasant and skilled technicians. The parlor is immaculate, the ambiance is delightful, and a wide range of treatments are available. A lovely spot!
I am forever delighted with the services provided by this beauty parlor. I am a selective individual not easily satisfied. Yet, I have followed Gage (the proprietor of the establishment) for 15 years from one place to another until he established his own business, Tress salon. He and his team go the extra mile to ensure you depart content and pleased with their craftsmanship. The caliber and effort are outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his salon. I receive a haircut every fortnight, and during my visits, I have not seen any dissatisfied clients. Everyone leaves with a smile.
