I must say, I didn't get any services here, but I had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, rain ruined my plans for engagement photos, so I had to cancel my hair & makeup appointment. Despite that, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! They responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions thoroughly. My initial visit to Studio 360 was truly remarkable! Lauren conducted herself with utmost professionalism and flawlessly recreated the hairstyle I had shown her in a photograph. She consistently checked in to see if I needed anything to drink or if I was comfortable. The haircut and color she provided were exceptional - I absolutely adore the outcome! Additionally, the products she used had a delightful scent and the scalp massage was a lovely touch.
