I must say, I didn't get any services here, but I had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, rain ruined my plans for engagement photos, so I had to cancel my hair & makeup appointment. Despite that, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! They responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions thoroughly. I will definitely return if I need services, highly recommend!
Sophia did an incredible job. She listened attentively to my preferences and asked the right questions. Despite being new, she performed like a seasoned hair stylist. From start to finish, everything was done perfectly!
Rachel did a fantastic job on my 90-minute massage! It was my first time at this place and seeing her. My regular therapist suggested trying them out as a backup plan. I would definitely go back! Great work, Rachel!
