I am absolutely enamored with my nails! I receive compliments constantly. Diana, her mother, and Amy are incredibly skilled at what they do every single time!
While in Kansas City, I needed a nail refill. I showed the individual a photo of black and white Christmas nails, but they insisted on a vibrant red, claiming it suited me better. Despite my preference, they proceeded with gold and gold foil on my nails. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested the black and white design, they insisted on an additional charge of $30. Feeling trapped, I allowed them to continue. Upon completion, I was charged $70, a price I found exorbitant for a fill. I had never been charged this much before, and I will not return to this establishment.
The service was truly exceptional. They are precise and kind, and overall, I adored them. My nails turned out absolutely adorable and exactly as I desired. I have never been more certain that this is the finest nail salon I have ever visited. This salon has won my heart ❤️
