February 2024: The employees at this establishment were welcoming, engaging, and highly professional throughout my visit. They suggested numerous fantastic items, all of which I am thrilled with. However, the main reason for my visit was waxing, and I must admit I am somewhat disappointed with the outcome. Typically, I can go 6-7 weeks between waxing sessions, but just a week later, I can see visible regrowth on my legs and Brazilian area. I highly doubt I can go a month before needing another wax. 😟
Myiana is exceptional! One of the most thorough, comfortable, and personalized waxing experiences I've had. Thank you, and I will definitely return!
After seven months of my last visit to this establishment, I unexpectedly received an email stating that $60 was charged for signing up for a membership. I contacted the establishment and was informed that I had enrolled in a monthly membership online in July, which led to the charge in September. Despite explaining that I had only been to their establishment once and had not signed up for any membership, nor had I visited their website, I received an email thanking me for a payment made in August. Upon a callback from the staff, I was informed that their video footage showed someone at their store on August 30th, the day of the payment. I reiterated that I had not been to their store since February and that any activity linked to my name and bank card details was unauthorized and fraudulent. I had to contact my bank to deactivate my card.
