Avery took me in tonight as a walk-in 30 minutes before close and stayed for a long time to help me fix a very bad layered haircut that I got elsewhere. She was so sweet, attentive, and SKILLED. She turned hair I was embarrassed about into hair I can be proud of, and I am SO relieved. I have had a lot going on lately, and Avery’s kindness tonight was truly a godsend. Thank you so much, and if anyone is thinking about booking with Inizio - DO IT!! Scheduled my appointment a fortnight ago. Received multiple reminders. However, the person I had booked for two services is no longer with the company. No one reached out to inform me. Upon arrival, I was told no one else was available for one service. The other service had been reassigned without my knowledge. Still no apology or contact from the establishment.
