Scheduled my appointment a fortnight ago. Received multiple reminders. However, the person I had booked for two services is no longer with the company. No one reached out to inform me. Upon arrival, I was told no one else was available for one service. The other service had been reassigned without my knowledge. Still no apology or contact from the establishment. Disappointing customer service.

Being a first-timer, I didn't want to spend too much in case I didn't like the outcome. Luckily, they had a $99 FOX 5 SPECIAL. I am in love with the result - a beautiful, natural classic length. The ambiance is welcoming and serene. The decor is simply picturesque. Rose gold accents bring a smile to my face. Parking can be a bit tricky, best of luck there. My technician Kiara is phenomenal.
