The employees at this establishment were welcoming, engaging, and highly professional throughout my visit. They suggested numerous fantastic items, all of which I am thrilled with. However, the main reason for my visit was waxing, and I must admit I am somewhat disappointed with the outcome. Typically, I can go 6-7 weeks between waxing sessions, but just a week later, I can see visible regrowth on my legs and Brazilian area. Avery took me in tonight as a walk-in 30 minutes before close and stayed for a long time to help me fix a very bad layered haircut that I got elsewhere. She was so sweet, attentive, and SKILLED. She turned hair I was embarrassed about into hair I can be proud of, and I am SO relieved. I have had a lot going on lately, and Avery’s kindness tonight was truly a godsend. Thank you so much, and if anyone is thinking about booking with Inizio - DO IT!! This place is spotless! The locals are friendly. The shower has excellent water pressure. It's not particularly remarkable to me. I preferred the therapists at a different location. The therapist here wasn't bad, but the techniques didn't quite do it for me like Nahila did at the other place. I visited Willow for the 5 months leading up to my wedding, and my skin has never looked better! The facials were not only incredibly relaxing but also tailored to address my skin's specific needs each time. Willow provided excellent recommendations for my morning and evening skincare routines without pressuring me to buy their products. Upon arrival, I was told no one else was available for one service. The other service had been reassigned without my knowledge. Still no apology or contact from the establishment.
