I met Riley at Zenith Center for The Healing Arts for a massage and it was absolutely fantastic! They incorporated Reiki, Chakra healing, healing touch, and Swedish massage techniques. I have already booked another session in a couple of weeks! While there, I had a conversation with Alex who specializes in Shamanic counseling, and I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks as well! The location is beautiful; nestled by a tranquil lake, it exudes a peaceful and positive energy. On Friday nights, they host a drum circle by the lake, which I am looking forward to attending soon! When you decide to prioritize self-care and visit Zenith Center, make sure to drive around to the back of the building to find it near the lake!

These two sessions enhanced mental clarity and increased range of motion in my neck and shoulders. I am eager to explore their other services as well.
