It's been quite some time since my last visit due to relocation and the pandemic... the salon exudes such a chic and modern vibe. Adore the ambiance. Samantha is as fantastic as ever, and I adore her skill in enhancing my hair's appearance!
I highly recommend Jamie Thompson. She was very attentive, addressing all my inquiries and assisting in finding the optimal treatment. Jamie is incredibly accommodating with her schedule and can arrange appointments outside of regular hours if necessary.
Visited the salon today for a hair color change, armed with some photos of shades I admired. Hoped that the stylist I was assigned, named Riley, would offer guidance on the most suitable color for my skin tone. Unfortunately, not a single piece of advice was given. Instead, all I heard was reluctance to proceed, insinuations about needing a haircut, and a swift redirection of clients. Perhaps she assumed I couldn't afford services like the older ladies she usually attends to. Right from the start, her demeanor was off. Disappointing customer experience at Bel'aire.
