A wonderful time at the salon. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stunning interior. I was attended to by Olivia W, and she truly worked magic on my hair! The best perm I've ever had. She has truly revitalized my hair, making it look better than it has in years. She is skilled and attentive! I would highly recommend her services! She is truly a master in the art of hair styling.
My stylist, Taylor Gray, took the time and effort to achieve the perfect color and highlights. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch hair care. The instructors are also on hand to offer their expertise. A very professional service at a reasonable price.
Absolutely disappointed with my visit to the salon. The instructor ignored the student who tried to point out the color mistake. If she wouldn't listen to her, why would she listen to me when I noticed the issue while it was wet? No chance of getting help to fix it. I sought assistance from Samantha, who insisted it had to dry first to assess, but why did both the student and I spot the error immediately? The kind girl next to us, Jessica, tried to fix some of the roots and requested the instructor to do more, but was denied. I paid $55 for the service and $50 for transportation from Detroit. It's disheartening because my mom and I usually go together, but now I'm hesitant after this experience. I had to correct the color myself to avoid looking unprofessional at work.
