I met Riley at Zenith Center for The Healing Arts for a massage and it was absolutely fantastic! They incorporated Reiki, Chakra healing, healing touch, and Swedish massage techniques. I have already booked another session in a couple of weeks! While there, I had a conversation with Alex who specializes in Shamanic counseling, and I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks as well! The location is beautiful; nestled by a tranquil lake, it exudes a peaceful and positive energy. On Friday nights, they host a drum circle by the lake, which I am looking forward to attending soon! Following the retirement of my original yoga instructor, I was hesitant to try someone new...but I am pleased to announce that Samantha is officially my favorite yoga instructor ever! I am hooked on attending her classes every week for 60 minutes. Samantha is a blend of a teacher and a motivator as she is able to guide through challenging poses and sequences, while at the same time fostering mindfulness and relaxation. I highly recommend that everyone join one of her classes. I visited this salon for a full set, and while I loved the shape and length of my nails, the polish job was extremely poor. When I raised my concerns with the owner, I was met with dismissiveness and no attempt to rectify the issue before I left. I do not recommend this place!
