UPDATE I've been taking antibiotics for a while now due to a thumb infection, and my nail still looks damaged. Updated photo.
I received a scalp facial from Abigail, and it was the most relaxing hour ever. Abigail did an excellent job. After the treatment, I was treated to a fruit bowl with chocolate, a perfect way to conclude the relaxation session. The spa is stunning and incredibly peaceful.
Thank you for going the extra mile to resolve the issue. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my daughter, but it never arrived. After inquiring about it, my daughter mentioned it. I contacted the spa, spoke to Brooke, who was kind, understanding, and patient. She explained the situation and assured me they would rectify it. Exceptional, professional service like this is rare nowadays. I can't express my gratitude enough. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.
