After two decades, had to switch salons. Scanned Google reviews and opted for Saks. Lively and cheerful salon with super welcoming staff. One-time visitor to this salon. Got in promptly for a full foil and trim. The salon is charming, not luxurious, but service and the end result matter more to me than the poshness of a salon. Was anxious about trying a new spot, but Deb took the time to chat about my desires, and the color and cut she delivered were fantastic, and the price was reasonable too. Definitely coming back for another session!
