Awful experience. When I arrived, the so-called stylist was still with another client, making me wait. The other client's hair looked terrible; it seemed like she would have been better off cutting it herself with a blunt knife. Long story short, it was the worst sew-in I've ever had. When I got home, all I could see were visible tracks. I couldn't fully grasp how bad it was until I left the salon. It took me over five hours to fix the style, only to realize that she purposefully didn't leave enough hair out to cover the tracks. It took me an additional two hours at home to salvage the look for work. I even had to wear a hat to the grocery store. I contemplated asking for a refund, but I've had similar experiences in every salon in the area. The owners and stylists have bad attitudes and lack proper styling skills. My advice: watch a YouTube tutorial and do it yourself to avoid wasting $200 on disappointment.
