My initial visit to the nail salon was delightful. Opted for acrylic French tips with extensions as a walk-in around 6 pm. Despite the bustling atmosphere, I was promptly attended to within 20 minutes. The nail artist, a genial gentleman, not only did a fantastic job but also engaged in pleasant conversation. Delighted with the flawless outcome, I'll certainly revisit this establishment.
During my stay in the city, I had a rather disheartening encounter at the Nail Bar. The gel manicure and pedicure I received took an excruciating two hours to complete. The quality of the nail polish was subpar, rubbing off multiple times both during my salon visit and hours later. When I expressed concerns about the drying process and suggested a different polish, I was met with dismissiveness, insinuating I was at fault. Disappointed with the outcome, especially with an upcoming event to attend.
I'm pleased to share my positive experience at this salon! Nicki, my nail technician, skillfully worked on my dip set. Her kind and gentle demeanor was a stark contrast to other reviews I had come across. Without a doubt, I plan on returning for future nail care needs.
