I rate Kim’s Nails two stars due to recent poor service and uncleanliness. During my last visit, a worker aggressively shoved my hand into the dryer and scolded me. The salon needs better cleanliness and service. Kim is good, but consistency is lacking. Disappointing experience.
My daughter wanted a girls day with manicures and pedicures. The pedicure I received was excellent. However, the service for my daughter and me was disappointing. We were ignored, rushed, and left waiting. The staff's behavior was rude. A roach even scurried across the floor.
I missed an appointment for the first time because of my baby. When I asked for more openings, I was told to walk in harshly. At the salon, I was skipped in line, given the wrong nail shape, and overcharged. The service was subpar. No grace shown. Is this coffin or square?
