Elite Fitness is top-notch. The team is friendly and supportive, particularly one of the trainers, Emma. I've been working with her for a while now, and it's been fantastic. She tailors the workouts to my level while also pushing me to go the extra mile and providing encouragement when needed. Emma goes above and beyond by checking in on me outside of our sessions. I always look forward to our training sessions knowing that it will be a great workout.
