I used to adore this salon. I've been a patron for years, always sticking with blonde hues. This salon doesn't come cheap, so one would expect top-notch quality. However, during my recent visit, my stylist gave me a bronze/copper blonde shade instead of the icy blonde I usually get here. Despite my attempts to communicate with the stylist, she refused to take responsibility. I went back twice for her to "fix" it, but it was never resolved. When I requested a refund to seek another stylist, my request was denied. The so-called "manager" directed me to a different stylist who did a commendable job, but informed me that it would require multiple sessions to gradually bleach out the orange tones. After the toner washed out weeks later, I tried contacting the salon to discuss the next steps. This time, the "manager" was extremely confrontational and impolite. She even claimed that the new stylist had mentioned my hair was fine and didn't need further treatment to remove the copper tones. Today, I returned to have it toned one last time here. When this fades, I'll be back to the orange hue, necessitating another bleaching session due to the stylist's inability to apply the correct color. I am thoroughly disheartened by this establishment. I had previously overlooked the unprofessional management due to the quality of work, but to be spoken down to, deceived, and not have my hair turn out as expected after spending nearly $400 is unacceptable. Please urge your stylists to take responsibility and resolve issues, and provide some training in customer service to the management. I will not be returning, and I recommend others to seek services elsewhere. A loyal customer of 5 years, now gone.

I have been a loyal client of this salon for over 3 years now. I highly recommend Olivia S. Not only has she rejuvenated and transformed my hair, but she also styled my hair and makeup for my wedding last December, making me feel incredibly beautiful on such a special day. The salon is always well-organized and efficient, and booking appointments is a breeze. However, the true star is Olivia and the stunning blonde shades she crafts (though she excels in vibrant colors like purple or blue too). I always leave feeling radiant and self-assured, receiving numerous compliments on my hair thanks to her magical touch. I wholeheartedly endorse her and the salon.

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Alex provided great advice, addressed all my inquiries, and my 6-year-old daughter's haircut turned out stunning. She absolutely adores it!
