I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. The proprietors are EXCEPTIONAL. I hold them dear like family. Kathy and Brian are kind, hospitable, empathetic, and flexible. I have NEVER experienced any problems with my nails chipping, breaking, or deteriorating before my fill appointments. In fact, my nails often endure for over 6 weeks without any damage before requiring a refill. THIS IS UNPRECEDENTED. The quality of their craftsmanship is unparalleled, and the pricing is unbeatable!!!!! I will FOREVER AND ALWAYS endorse this nail salon. Pro tip: Schedule an appointment to avoid waiting or having to return later. They tend to get EXTREMELY busy and wait times can be lengthy. But even if waiting is necessary or a return visit is needed, it is absolutely worth it!
Exceptional customer service; they offered me a Dr. Pepper and provided my mother with water. My nails look adorable, as do my mother's. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail establishment with a perfect score of 10 out of 10. It is truly the finest nail salon you will ever experience; just give it a try, and you will be amazed. The lady and the gentleman were incredibly kind and pleasant. I opted for a reindeer design with French tips, while my mother chose red French tip nails, and they both look charming.
