I have been frequenting this salon every 1-2 months for a haircut for a few years now. Even though I have a different hairdresser each time, the staff is consistently kind and friendly, and the cut is always perfect! They keep track of your haircut preferences in their system, ensuring a consistent experience. Additionally, the staff is very inclusive and accommodating towards LGBT+ customers, even willing to update your name in their system if needed. Overall, it's a fantastic salon, and I highly recommend it!
I visited on 6/19 in the afternoon and was greeted by an elderly lady with short black hair. I explained that my last haircut here was about a year ago and I wanted the same style: trimming dead ends, refreshing layers and bangs, and framing my face. I requested her to check the notes from my previous visit for reference. It was evident that she was a bit absent-minded as she misunderstood my profession and accidentally bumped into me, even hitting my eye. When I inquired about the ideal length to trim, she proceeded without consulting me. The haircut was rushed, and when I asked for my bangs to be trimmed, she cut off more hair than necessary, neglecting the existing bangs. The back lacked the short layers I requested, and my bangs were cut too thick and short. I did not receive her name, but her lack of attentiveness and disregard for my preferences were disappointing. I left feeling dissatisfied and shocked by the outcome. I would strongly advise against letting her cut your hair, as I now have to wait for it to grow out and be corrected.
My daughter booked her appointment online, and the wait time was minimal. When the stylist called her, they already had her haircut details on file, which was very convenient. She absolutely adored her haircut and was informed about the products used, making it easier for her to purchase them in the future. My daughter is looking forward to returning for her next appointment.
