I've gone to this nail salon occasionally and have always been pleasantly welcomed by all the employees at the salon. The employees do their best to make their customers happy. When I went in for a gel manicure. I had the French tip gel manicure. Unfortunately, after leaving the salon a few hours later, my gel manicure started to peel. Called the salon and told them what had happened. They were very accommodating by having me come back the very next day and fix the manicure. They were very apologetic for the manicure, not "sticking." Knowing that they take pride in their work and care for their customers and making sure the customers are satisfied. I will be back! In fact, I made an appointment to return in 2 weeks from the nail repair. I had a fantastic time at the spa, the services and facilities were top-notch. Having relocated to the Albany area a year and a half ago, I was thrilled to find a luxurious spa with a steam room nearby. The lockers, massage rooms, and steam facilities were all modern and spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive. After my first visit, I returned for a second time and had an equally enjoyable experience. I've even booked a spa massage for my mother who is visiting this weekend. I highly recommend the steam room and the skilled massage therapists. My therapist, Emma, was excellent and I highly recommend her. She works on Fridays and Saturdays.Live!
