Horrible service, rushed and incomplete. Had to ask for a redo on my nails, supposed to be square-shaped.
I visited a salon to fix a nail that had cracked a week after a manicure. The previous tech was gentle and painless, but today was different. They couldn't find the color, drilled on the nail, and were rough and rude. I asked to remove all nails due to the pain and lack of care. I won't return here, seeking a place that values customers and quality service.
I advise against this salon. I opted for regular polish on my nails and gel on my toes, which upset the nail tech. Her rude attitude was unwarranted. If offering regular polish is an issue, why provide the service? I felt pressured to switch to gel and faced attitude when I declined. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
