Worst experience I’ve ever had. Place is nice and clean, but the service was horrible, the pedicure service cost $75 for messed up polish they hardly scrubbed or cut down my nails. I had asked for my acrylic nails to be soaked off and the lady starts ripping them off causing my natural nails to break and bleed. After asking her to stop I had also told her not to cut my natural nails and she decided that she can’t do my nails unless they are cut short. After all this, someone else stepped in to do my nails. I asked for him to just finish taking them off and file them which were left at all different lengths. Upon entering the premises to schedule an appointment, I encountered three unfriendly women who displayed rudeness and indifference. They informed me that no appointment was available. I have no intention of returning there, and it seems they are indifferent to that fact. 🙂
