Terrible experience at this salon, waited an eternity for my turn only for the barber to disappear outside. Felt like they were discriminating against me because of my race. Truly disappointing.
My initial visit to this establishment was subpar, despite my son receiving a decent haircut. Despite having an appointment, it seemed to have been overlooked. The overcrowded space led me to request a call back, which never happened. Ultimately, a Sunday walk-in appointment went smoothly. While my son enjoys his haircuts here and they do follow my instructions, the lack of punctuality and communication merits a 3-star rating.
