Absolutely dreadful! Had an appointment at 11:30 for my partner and me for pedicures—45 minutes later, no one had even started on my partner and I was already done—they found it amusing and started speaking a different language right in front of us … clearly mocking us… DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH AN APPOINTMENT TIME — if you cannot manage customers appropriately.
Disappointed client whose initial experience was below average. I visited on Sunday thinking fewer people would result in better quality service but it was the exact opposite.
