A young woman took her time, while an older lady guided her through the process. Unfortunately, the end result was terrible. The nails looked uneven and grown out by the time I left. I spent 3 and a half hours there, and there were ridges on the nails. When I asked the young woman if I was her first client, she said no, but I felt differently. It was a birthday gift from my daughter, and it was the worst job I've ever had. I won't be returning.
