The staff was friendly, but the quality of the products was lacking. My gel manicure peeled off after only 4 days, despite a partial correction. The color of my regular pedicure did not match as promised. Disappointed with the short-lived results, I will not be returning to this salon.
I sat waiting an hour for a pedicure, no one checked in or informed me of the wait time. The service was sporadic, with the technician leaving and returning frequently. During the treatment, my feet were subjected to scalding water against my wishes, and the wax application was incomplete. I left midway through, my Mother's Day treat ruined. I received a subpar pedicure, had to pay full price, and left without my nails done. I will not return and will share my negative experience.
After a long absence, I visited this salon following a negative experience elsewhere. I was impressed by the service and skill of the technician, who executed my desired nail look perfectly. However, there were some cuts near my cuticles due to filing too closely. Despite this, I plan to return and communicate my preferences for future visits.
