Tracy is truly exceptional. Her tanning beds are consistently clean, and she provides excellent care. She is a genuinely kind individual.

In this tiny hamlet, one might expect a sense of community and helpfulness, but alas, that is not the case here. I reached out for information on available deals and packages, only to be met with unhelpful responses. They insisted I come in person due to the abundance of options, which struck me as laziness. Not everyone can drop everything to visit in person. A brief overview would have sufficed. Upon my visit, the lady attending to me was not particularly pleasant. The lack of customer service was glaring. The young woman at the counter seemed embarrassed by the lady's demeanor. She was incredibly rude, uninformative, standoffish, and showed no interest in gaining me as a client.

It all came flooding back to me why I invested in my own tanning bed when I resided here previously. I arrived at 8:45, with the stated opening time being 9 am, so I waited until 9:02 before approaching the door. To my dismay, Tracy stood there with the door firmly locked, seemingly oblivious to my presence. When I called for pricing information, I was informed they do not provide such details over the phone and insisted on an in-person visit. However, upon my arrival, they refused to even unlock the door! Nonetheless, I consider myself fortunate as Planet Fitness offers unlimited tanning for $25 and $28 lotion. Thank you for being a discourteous business owner; you do not deserve a single penny of my hard-earned money. Your treatment of customers speaks volumes.
