Absolutely love it! The staff is welcoming and made my pup feel at ease. Wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else.
Yesterday, we had our first appointments for our husky and malamute. We felt really bad because it had been about 7 weeks since their last grooming, and we had been out of town for nearly 3 weeks, so they were boarded. The place they stayed at had an amazing outdoor dog park, but due to the heavy rain in Missouri, our dogs were extremely dirty. We tried calling 4-5 grooming places, but they were all fully booked. Finally, we found success here! Our dogs have never looked this good. Our malamute usually dislikes grooming and puts up a fight, so her haircuts tend to be a bit messy. But this time, she looks incredible. She has never looked this amazing before, and we are so impressed. The staff had a long day because of our dogs, and they had to stay well past closing time to finish up, and we are incredibly grateful. I cannot recommend them enough!
We had a fantastic experience with our 60 pound dog. He’s a black lab. The first visit we had him groomed. The prices were amazing! Compared to other places we checked, this one is the best! On our second visit, we tried the self-serve option. I absolutely love it. They have a lovely room dedicated to self-grooming. They provide soaps, a nice dryer that dried him in just 5 minutes, towels, and even dog colognes! I know the price varies by weight, but $15 for a 60-pound dog is a steal! Thank you Canine Design for providing such a wonderful space for us to groom our boy!
