If you wish to accomplish anything, it is best to steer clear of this store. Initially, I was informed that my concern could not be addressed as the manager needed to be present. I was assured that the manager would be available the next day. Upon my return, I encountered the manager and informed another technician of my need to speak with him. Despite his busy schedule, I waited for him. However, the manager abruptly left without a word to me. Another employee mentioned that he had to depart. As I turned around to re-enter the store, I observed him assisting other customers.
While I hesitate to generalize about all employees at this establishment, the manager's demeanor is discourteous, unhelpful, and lacking in charm. These are not desirable qualities when interacting with the public. It may be advisable to seek assistance at a different location.
I visited the market, where I conduct all my transactions, including streaming T.V., with an inquiry about the mobile device. The store was devoid of customers, with only an employee named Nate present. I sought assistance in retrieving information after receiving a new phone two days prior. Nate seemed preoccupied with texting on his device (I glimpsed the screen) and showed no interest in explaining or guiding me through the solution, attributing it to an issue with Apple. This lackluster customer service prioritizing texting friends over aiding a customer has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere.
