UPDATE: Adjusting my rating to a single star. Attempted to schedule a nail fill, but my calls were consistently ignored for a fortnight. Consequently, my nails began to detach. Left a voicemail and received a call back inquiring if I had visited before, followed by a remark acknowledging my review and questioning my desire to return. Mentioned being occupied and promised to schedule a callback for an appointment. Despite hearing glowing reviews about this salon, the experience no longer seems worthwhile. Initially, I left an honest 4-star review, considering giving it another chance, perhaps during a less hectic time. They should allocate time for meals during closing hours instead of inconveniencing clients by making them wait for 20 minutes. I comprehend that the sole acrylic and design specialist is busy. While acknowledging their right to deny service, it appears that anything below a 5-star review precludes future appointments.

I've frequented this place for eyebrow services before and they were satisfactory... but this visit was a disaster. Michelle yanked on my brows aggressively and in the wrong direction while plucking (very painful!) and utilized eyelash tweezers instead of proper ones (which are extremely sharp)...My brows are asymmetrical now, with the left one too low on top and too high at the bottom. Utterly disappointed. Upon expressing my distress to Michelle, she promptly issued a full refund.
