Love visiting this spot for a classic Italian gel pedicure at an unbeatable price of $35! The staff is friendly and engaging, making the experience enjoyable. I have consistently received top-notch service here, and the affordability is a major plus. I highly recommend this place, especially for those on a tight budget or in university. My feet were in rough shape before, but now they look fantastic!
I used to adore this place, but something has changed. I came in for Italian-tipped nails with a specific picture as reference. However, the outcome was far from what I desired. When I requested a fix, the staff displayed a terrible attitude and made me wait an hour just to decide on clear polish, which was not what I paid for. I ended up with damaged nails due to excessive dehydrating. A whole layer of my nail is now missing and will take a while to heal. I will not return to this nail salon. The nails didn't last, and I wasted my time and money. I hope this review prevents others from facing similar issues.
The most disappointing pedicure I've ever had. Rushed and rough service. I was persuaded into a deluxe treatment after being seated, with a promise of $45 instead of the $38 for a classic pedicure. There was no sense of pampering; it felt like a DIY nail job. The staff ended up overcharging me by using gel polish without offering me a choice between gel and regular polish. Additionally, my young daughter was getting a "princess pedicure," and the technician was too rough with her, forcing her to stay still. I will not be returning to this place. Based on the menu prices, my total should have been around $60, but I was charged $80. A truly unpleasant experience.
