Had a truly disappointing experience at this nail salon. Upon arrival, I requested removal of my Acrylic Nails and a regular manicure and pedicure. Despite clearly stating I did not want gel, I was repeatedly asked about it. The owner, Kim, and another employee were deep in their own conversation, completely disregarding me.
Took my dad out for pedicures today, he's in Albany and I'm in Los Angeles. Made an appointment a few days ago and we were warmly welcomed and seated. Can't recommend this place enough. Michael was my technician and was so gentle with my tired feet (I stand all day as a HS teacher). He made my feet look and feel fantastic! Dad hadn't had a pedicure in over a year and was pleased with his pedicure too. Wish we were closer, thanks Kim's!
