There are new employees, and the son is overly intrusive. While conversing with another technician, he made unnecessary comments that were unprofessional, prompting me to assert that I was not addressing him. I used to highly recommend this establishment, but I will not be returning, especially considering the increased prices.
I have frequented Elegant Nails for around a year and a half now. I have never encountered a negative experience. Kim is exceptional, but in her absence, I am content with the other technicians. None of them disappoint. Undoubtedly the premier choice in this vicinity. If you have yet to visit, give them a try. I assure you, you will not be let down.
I spontaneously decided to get a pedicure. No wait time. I chose a busy hour. The individual who attended to me was incredibly professional. Impeccable work. I shall return.
