Purchased a shopping cart. It was defective and didn't function. A bit frustrated, but what can you do? Returned and bought a disposable one. It was already opened, which is odd, and it also didn't work. Spend a lot of money here each month. You've lost that business. Overall, spent over $60 on two faulty products and unable to get a refund or exchange. Unethical.
The experience here is consistently fantastic! The individual at the counter, Mr. Patrick, is always incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to learn about a product or just to encounter a welcoming presence.
Best of luck shopping here. Every time I try to visit, there's a sign on the locked door saying they'll be right back. Could be great. Could be terrible. The mystery remains.
