The operating hours, particularly in the morning, are highly inconvenient. I am forced to close my business just to visit the store. Opening at 10 am is quite unreasonable. Can't you consider starting at 8 am at least one day a week? This would greatly benefit us hardworking individuals who need a full day's work.
I purchased the ion intensive shine hair dye, and it was a disaster! The scent was unbearable, and it transformed my hair into a mix of orange and pink hues. I opted for chocolate brown, but the outcome was truly disappointing. I strongly discourage others from purchasing this product.
The woman was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with selecting a long-lasting dye for my beard and conditioner to improve its quality. I am thrilled with the results; it's far superior to my previous experience. If anyone is interested in getting their beard colored, I highly recommend visiting her. I will definitely do it again! I believe her name was Shelby, although I struggle with names. She was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and patient with all my quirky inquiries.
