Today marked my debut at the nail salon. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. I made a prior call and was promptly accommodated for a gel nail and toe treatment. The total cost of $95 for both services was quite reasonable, and the technician did an excellent job. I always get anxious about trying out new hair salons because my hair is quite long, and more often than not, mistakes are made or it ends up being cut too short. I can't speak highly enough of Casey! She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I left with the hairstyle I desired. She even stayed late to finish my hair, and I walked out feeling confident and thrilled with how my hair looked - the happiest I've been in a LONG time. Very bad haircut...stylist used razor, which you are not supposed to do on thin fine hair...by the time she started it was too late..I had short hair to begin with..now I can't even get a corrective haircut..not enough hair to do anything with! I also was charged $10 more for only a cut, ear length to start with and a wash. I called another Hair Castle salon and said it's only $37..I unknowingly paid $47...again I started off with ear length hair!!! Olivia was exceptional!!! She guided me to find my wedding dress during my initial dress shopping trip. I presented her with an image of what I liked, and like the exceptional woman she is; she saved the best for last!! I was enamored and purchased my dress right then and there. She streamlined the process much more than I anticipated. I departed extremely content and I can’t wait for my wedding day! Thank you!!!
