Pro Nails

Today marked my debut at the nail salon. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. I made a prior call and was promptly accommodated for a gel nail and toe treatment. The total cost of $95 for both services was quite reasonable, and the technician did an excellent job. I was genuinely impressed by the outcome.

What a dreadful ordeal! My younger sibling (15) visited this establishment for a nail service today. In short, the results were abysmal with nearly all nails appearing crooked. The technician proceeded to insult her, claiming her fingers were inherently crooked and not his responsibility to correct. However, I possess photographic evidence showing her nails being professionally and accurately done, proving otherwise. This poor girl, commencing a new school term this week, left the salon in tears while the staff laughed and ridiculed her. Some of them even claimed to be parents themselves, which is truly disheartening! She had saved $65 for this service, yet they adamantly refused to rectify the situation. As a parent, I cannot fathom treating someone's child in such a manner! While I understand the business aspect concerning product costs, it is imperative to exercise extra care during the initial application to prevent errors. Moreover, with years of experience in the field, instead of belittling clients and blaming their anatomy, take accountability and make amends. Even without being a nail technician, it is evident to me that the nail was crooked. There is no denying the glaring mistake.

My maiden visit to this establishment left much to be desired. The young technician assigned to my service did an adequate job, but lacked the skill to create a sunflower design. Additionally, she insisted on shaping my nails into rounds, despite my preference for square nails. This disappointing experience has deterred me from returning, and I shall adhere to patronizing Walmart for such services. I had hoped to explore a new venue, but alas, the outcome was far from satisfactory.
