This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing beauty salon experience I have ever had. The stylists completely ruined my hair, giving me a choppy, layered look that is impossible to style. I am stuck wearing a ponytail until my hair grows back. Their lack of skill is truly astounding, and I can only hope that they face consequences for their actions.
My visit for a color treatment was a disaster. The stylist left excess dye on my scalp, causing irritation. Despite my discomfort, she only wiped it off with a rag instead of properly washing my hair. To top it off, blow drying was not even included in the service I paid for.
