I have frequented this establishment for a considerable amount of time. I have observed a lack of consistency in the services provided. During my visit last Thursday for a dip manicure, I noticed that most of my nails are already peeling, have fallen off, or have chipped at the ends. This issue has not arisen before, especially considering the cost of these services. Unfortunately, I am unable to return this week due to a busy schedule, and I have an important presentation tomorrow, making my nails look unkempt.
A review platform should aim to offer genuine insights to assist others rather than simply airing grievances. While my initial experience at spazio nails had a few hiccups, the establishment itself is pleasant, tidy, and the staff members are competent. They acknowledged my concerns and did not charge me for the service. This place could be a reliable choice for anyone seeking nail services. Additionally, they accept coupons, adding to the overall value.
Absolutely dreadful!! Despite being a long-time customer, I have consistently faced issues such as chipping, breaking, or lifting of my nails shortly after each visit. While I continued to patronize the salon for its convenience, today marked my final appointment. To my disbelief, they attempted to charge an extra $5 for a broken nail, even after I had expressed dissatisfaction with their previous work. Typically, my nails last at least a month without any issues, but this time, they barely lasted three weeks. The additional fee at the end of the service left me irate, leading me to refuse to leave a tip. In my opinion, this salon is not worth your time or money. Avoid it at all costs!
